Help on Installing PowerCom Dongle

I just received my PowerCom package with the PowerCom Dongle. When I plugged in the PowerCom Dongle for the first time, the setup wizard does not run automatically. What am I supposed to do in order to continue in installing the dongle?

With the Dongle plugged into the computer go to the folder named HASP_Runtime_setup

And then run (by double clicking) the HASPUserSetup.exe from the HASP_Runtime_setup folder:
