Dear PowerCom support team,
after reinstalling the whole system as described
here impromptu is working now. Activating PowerCom on this laptop again worked without any problem. For me this issue is solved now.
I would like to use the opportunity to thank the PowerCom support for there work and responsiveness.
They always gave me the feeling that they care about me as customer.
Winston even called me on the phone and later we continued the conversation via skype...
