    Reply Worldwide base station USB chipset upgrade

    When you plug in Reply Worldwide base USB, if you see this screen popup looking for FWftdibus.sys

     

    Then you have not upgraded your base station USB chipset yet.

    If you have no time to perform upgrade you should install USB driver from “CDM 2.0.0.1 legacy Worldwide Driver”

     

    You should upgrade your USB chipset by running “CRS940BaseUSBUpdatesetup.exe” to install the USB chip set upgrade program, which may be included in the PowerCom Worldwide setup CD (We may remove the 28MB file due the file size). You always can download from PowerCom forum file folder.

    Run base station USB chipset upgrade program from "Program Files\Fleetwood\Reply Worldwide\Base Update\Worldwide Base Update.exe"

    Check “Update Multiple Worldwide Bases?” Then click OK

     

    Plug in a Worldwide base and click “Update”

    Continue to update all your Worldwide bases.

     

     

     

    After you upgrade your base station USB chipset. You should use

    It is recommended that you upgrade your Reply Worldwide base station CRS940, if you have purchased the base station prior to January 2008.
