Individual_Scoring_Summary and Team Roster

I am trying to see the team roster in an Individual_Scoring_Summary report, but using the same base station and keypad number don’t permit me to match results and names. What is happening?

What's format for your roster file? U must match roster file's base and keypad number with your keypad base and number! Pls call our web online chat system for any deep issue!
