We currently have a problem about Reply Plus Keypad

when power on Reply Plus Keypad
Screen shows: Battery symbol: Full, A signalSymbol, "Found: 01" second line "< 19 >". All units say the same thing.
eventually they time out.
When I choose the Base by hit top center button, It says "Authorizing" then goes blank
It says "Authorizing" Flashes "Connected" and then goes blank

What happen?

After you connect base,Please click'Base Settings'->Uncheck'Power Down'->Click 'OK',Then re-connect base from keypads!
