Reports: OLAP data analysis not working

With Powercom 2.10 on WindowsXP German, Office 2003 German OLAP data analysis is not working for me as all slides appear in one line, see the attached screenshot.

What can I do to debug this further?

    Kind regards from Vienna

Please try to run sample.ppt (include in the PowerCom set up) in demo mode to generate 250 keypad result, then run OLAP against the result data file.

See if you will get the same error.

Re: Reports: OLAP data analysis not working

    Dear Winston,

I get the same result with the sample.ppt.
All  slides appear in one row ...

Additionally I tried the test quiz v1.ppt from my other post (it has a demographic question on slide 2 "regions ..."). If I go to the "demographic question list" on slide 3 I get "run time error 9", see the attached screenshot.

    Kind regards from Vienna

I have tested on English OS XP sp2 & Office 2003 but can not duplicate the same error. I have to work with you on your environment to determine the casuses.

    Thank you for your reply!

So what shall I do to debug this further?
Do you have the possibility to install German Microsoft products?

    Dear watt,

    happy new year!

Sorry, We have not found German Microsoft products in my here!

Do you install Microsoft Access Text Driver(*.txt, *.csv)?

Or you can download the lastest Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8 from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6c050fe3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&DisplayLang=en and install it? try, Thanks

Re: Reports: OLAP data analysis not working

    Dear steven,

I downloaded the MDAC version checker from Microsoft (see http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/info.aspx?na=47&p=2&SrcDisplayLang=en&SrcCategoryId=&SrcFamilyId=6c050fe3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&u=details.aspx%3ffamilyid%3d8F0A8DF6-4A21-4B43-BF53-14332EF092C9%26displaylang%3den ) as I could not (re-) install the version from your link (setup stops saying: MDAC allready included into the current Windows Version)
Attached is a screenshot which shows what version of MDAC is installed on my test system. The "show system" is not here at the moment though.

Should I install Microsoft Access Text Driver(*.txt, *.csv)?

    Kind regards from Vienna
