PowerCom 2.10 works so far on German Windows XP SP2 fully patched as of 2nd Feb. 2007 and German Microsoft Office 2003 fully patched too.
The only oddity is the default folder containing sample.ppt which is %homedir%\My Documents\Powercom as it should be %homedir%\Eigene Dateien\Powercom
