With PowerCom 2.10 PowerPoint's dual monitor mode is supported. Unfortunately when you start a presentation the "PowerCom Confirmation" window appears on top of the presentation screen. It would be nice to have this window on the presenters screen instead (as it is already the case for the poller information window).

Dear Steven,

this might be true from a technical point of view.
From a practical point of view dual monitor mode is used the following way:

• you have a logo of your company as desktop image which is visible to the audience on the presentation screen until the presentation starts
• then you press "F5" in powerpoint to start the presentation
• than the PowerCom "Confirmation screen" appears which should definitely not be visible to the audience on the presentation screen but on the presenters screen.

Dear Dieter,

If you don't need to see "confirmation screen" appears, I suggest you can config it not display before slide show!

PowerCom menu -> System -> General -> uncheck "Prompt for action when data already exists for this presentation"

thank you for your reply.
I am aware of the possibility to avoid the popup of the "Confirmation screen".

Anyway I'm confused that nobody here is willing to confirm that there is room to improve...

You program a function (e.g. the "Confirmation screen") and tell than to the users: please hide this function?
I thought you'd say something like: you're right, this is not perfect at the moment, thank you for the hint, we will try to improve this in one of the coming releases (meanwhile you can try this workaround e.g. hiding the window)

However this is not my business.
I'm really happy that this forum exist and that there are a lot of people (like you) who respond that fast.
